1. Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods (ECTA Section 44).

• The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Personalised or custom-made products (including custom designs, laser-etched items, and printed products) are generally non-returnable under the cooling-off period unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility for cooling-off returns.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned items.

2. Returns & Refunds for Non-Custom Items

Non-customised products may be returned within the 7-day cooling-off period (see above).

• Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
• We offer:
  • Store credit / voucher, or
  • Refund to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products (CPA)

All products carry an implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If you receive damaged or defective goods:

• Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and damage
  • Description of the issue
• Email: admin@printwithloop.co.za

We will assess the issue and, at your choice where legally required, offer:

• Repair, replacement, or full refund.
• We will either pay for the return shipping or arrange collection of the defective item(s) at our cost.

4. Warranty

In addition to your statutory CPA rights:

• We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase.
• This does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of care, or normal wear and tear.
• To submit a warranty claim, email us with your order number, photos, and details.

5. Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped from our workshop in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal.
• We ship countrywide across South Africa using:
  • The Courier Guy (door-to-door)
  • Pudo (delivery to your door or to a convenient pickup point / locker, e.g. at Clicks pharmacies)
  • Free collection from our workshop in Hilton

Delivery Times (estimates only – business days):

• You will receive tracking details via email when your order ships.
• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are handed over to the courier.

International Shipping We offer international shipping for bulk orders only. Please contact us directly if you wish to place an international order.

6. Processing Returns

• You must include your order number.
• Package items securely. We cannot accept returns damaged due to poor packaging.
• All returns must be approved before shipping back to us.
