These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://www.printwithloop.co.za and all purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Website 

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include misuse, hacking, or any action that interferes with the site’s operation.

3. Intellectual Property 

All content, logos, and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to Loop Printing. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

4. Product Orders & Personalised Items 

All products are custom-made or personalised. This includes custom designs, laser etching, and printing of photos, artwork, and signage.

• By submitting images or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them and they do not infringe third-party rights.
• Personalised / custom products have limited return rights (except for manufacturing defects).

5. Pricing & Payment 

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). As we are not currently VAT registered, prices do not include VAT. We accept payment via Paystack. Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is placed.

6. Delivery We use 

The Courier Guy and Pudo for deliveries. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates only.

7. Cooling-off & Returns (ECTA & CPA)

• You have 7 days after receiving goods to cancel your order for any reason (ECTA s44).
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Personalised/custom products are generally non-returnable except where defective or not as described.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

8. Warranties & Liability

• Goods must comply with CPA quality standards (fit for purpose, free from defects).
• We are not liable for indirect losses or losses exceeding the value of your order, except where law prohibits such limitation.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under CPA or ECTA.

9. Privacy 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
