1.1 Contact & Customer Support Data: Name, physical address, email address, telephone number. Retention: Until you unsubscribe or as long as needed for the customer relationship.

1.2 Orders, Deliveries & Service Support (including re-orders and returns) Data: Name, physical address, email address, telephone number, order details. Retention: Up to 5 years (SARS tax and accounting requirements).

1.3 Payments We do not store payment card details. Data: Name, billing address, email, telephone number (transaction references only). Processor: Paystack. Retention: As required by law.

1.4 Newsletters & Marketing Communications Data: Name, email address. Retention: Until you unsubscribe.

1.5 Personalised Products (printed items) Data: Name, contact details, photos/images you provide. Retention: Maximum 1 month after production.

1.6 Website Analytics & Advertising Data: IP address, browsing activity, geolocation data, interaction data (collected via cookies and pixels). Processors: Google Analytics/Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Retention: Up to 26 months (auto-deletion).

2. Sharing with Third Parties (Operators)

We share personal information only with the following service providers under appropriate safeguards:

• Zoho One suite (Commerce, Books, WorkDrive, etc.) – order management, storage, customer support.
• Paystack – payment processing.
• The Courier Guy & Pudo – delivery and shipping.
• Google – analytics and advertising.
• Meta (Facebook) – advertising and analytics.

3. Cross-Border Transfers

Some service providers (Zoho, Google, Meta, Paystack) are located outside South Africa. We transfer data only where they provide adequate protection through their agreements and security measures.
